Description
Westerwälder Stoneware jug, gray shards with blue walls and plastic decor. Egg-shaped body on foot ring with wave band. In the corpus six deep niches with carved foliage decorations on the model decor, niche figures: 1. Madonna with child and bird, 2. Joseph with child and bird, 3. and 4. praying angel with wings, 5. and 6. praying female figure with headscarf; the niches are closed up and down with a semicircular arch with asterisk decoration and shells; between the niches are blue plastic spiral bands, which carry winged angel heads at both ends. On the neck is a reliefed cross of heart shapes. Ears-shaped handles with blue painting.
