Description
Large cylindrical handle jug from Dorotheenthaler Fayence. Painted in Schaffeur colors. On the front, two standing farmhands hold the coat of arms of the Rotgießer (with bell and cannon barrel). To the left and right of it crowned medallions with mirror monogram 1719 and bird. 2 border friezes from rich foliage. Pewter mounts. On the lid inserted a seven-pointed star made of brass and copper. At the bottom 3 tin stamps.
