Cup with crest and saucer "Bremer"

Cup: conical form with a wide-opening mouth; handle in the shape of ears, section above the rim curled like a volute; foot rim on the wall indicated by a bead; on the side opposite the handle depiction of two coats of arms in front of a purple cloth with ermine trim stretched out to form a kind of theatrical backdrop on one side: on the left the coat of arms of the Bremer family with water wheels and branches (?) in a four-part shield, above it three helmets with feathers, one arm with flags or twigs as a helmet decoration, on the left and right of the coat of arms a knight in complete armour, both on an ultramarine blue banner with the golden motto "PRO REGE ET PATRIA"; ; on the right light green coat of arms with diagonally running golden and red chequered band, above crown and visored helmet with green wings with red-golden chequered band as helmet decoration, coat of arms flanked on the left and right by upright lions with tongue sticking out, below the coat of arms pearl cord as well as bound leaf tendril; number "95" as press mark in the bottom on th foot rim. Saucer: foot rim; wall without discernible edge merging into flag; horizontal rim lip; on the mirror five-line dedication "Zur / freundlichen Erinnerung / an / Louise Gräfin v. Bremer / 1840"; the number "74" as a press mark in the base of the foot rim, also a blue line as an underglaze mark.
