Glass painting; Cabinet pane
St. Jerome, as the patron saint of the founder, is sitting in a bright red cloak, which he wears over a yellow robe, in front of a stone desk, on which he has placed a book. His gaze is raised to the crucifix, behind which a reddish-brown rock and a blue sky indicate the landscape. Putti, partly playing music, adorn the lateral architecture as well as the two spandrel pictures. To the right in front the coat of arms of Betschlin: blue tip rising in red and three golden stars. Next to it the head of the lion looks out.
The inscription on the lower edge of the pane: "HIERONIMVS BETSCLIN . CANONICVS . ANNO 1540". The glass painting is framed in a black metal frame and newly leaded.
