„Im Vordergrund einer ausgedehnten Landschaft eine große Jagdgesellschaft von Herren und Damen zu Pferde und mit Dienern zu Fuß, die sich an der Falkenjagd erfreuen. Vorn am Ufer des Flusses sitzt eine Dame, der ein Herr einige Früchte anbietet, die er aus einem Korb, den eine Frau hinhält, genommen hat. Etwas weiter führt ein Diener zwei Pferde. Im Mittelgrund eine befestigte Stadt.“ (HdG, 603)
