Scene from the Odyssey. Rocky landscape on the left with forest and in front two goats looking behind a stone edge towards the viewer. Pan lying in the bushy wilderness next to it. In front right a woman leaning against a rock. To the back river running through the middle ground with three girls and three swans. Behind, rocky, rising bank with a cave and with a far view into a plain with a town and a tower. Cloudy sky.
