Portrait of a man

Back: on the upper left of the canvas, a repair, on the right side of the wedge frame "7719" (Münchner Nummer), in white "Inv. Nr. 13019", lower left Label BStGS: "Inv. 13019", on the frame at the top left: "XR 15/50" (Meiserstraße), next to it a handwriting with a jagged edge on it handwritten: "Ölgemälde 48", next big in white: "1301/18", directly under the white scripture in red: "7719", on the lower right several decayed stickers: on the bottom still readable: "K.k.priv.Süd", above it a sticker, which had a number and "Südb b rol", on the top sticker: "23", left with pencil "6", lower right and left traces of a sticker (presumably from a foam tape, as usual in the old Pinakothek)

The painting is dated "Aetatis suae.49/1709".
