On 25.11.1938 confiscated by the Gestapo - state police control center in Munich at the home of Julius (08.02.1874 Hanover - 11.08.1942 Theresienstadt) and Simoni (Shemaiah Franziska) Davidsohn, born Hirsch (31.05.1879 Frankfurt - 24.04.1943 Theresienstadt), Munich, Widenmayerstraße 45 / I. On 23.07.1946 the Central Collecting Point Munich passed. Munich ID: 36204 (= Beuerberg number 212). On 23.12.1948 Application for reimbursement by the Global Registration "JR 4228" the Jewish Restitution Successor Organization (JRSO). On 08/06/1949 at the Central Collecting Point in Wiesbaden. On 20.06.1952 back to the trust management of cultural property. On 29.07.1952 assignment of the right to reimbursement by the JRSO to the Free State of Bavaria. Decision of the Restitution Chamber at the Landgericht Munich I from 22.09.1954 for reimbursement of the German Reich to the Free State of Bavaria (AZ: IR I WKV 25/54). 1955 transferred from the trust management of cultural property to the State of Bavaria. / A.G., 28.01.2016
