On the red-ground Persian carpet (bochara or kilim) laid over a round table, two highly cultivated cacti in flower pots stand in front of a brown-black background. On a pewter plate a green apple and a pewter bowl with 2 red apples, to the left a pewter pot with a yellow-green apple, to the right backwards an ashtray. Inscribed on the upper left: Friedrich Münster, Munich.
