Dorner 1842" Back: stenciled on the canvas below in Black: "C D C D Property" (presumably "CCD Property"), on the stretcher top left in blue "X R 17/2u", on a white shield handwritten: "7) Prof. Fick / Georgenstr 22 Gr.", below again in Blue "2 u", top right in blue: "44243" (Munich number), left in pencil in "Sütterlin": "16 30 Gl. Gold / Gl Silber m Dunkel Blau.", below new label BStGS: "Inv, Nr. 12024", below that "PR" (Photo Roth), at the bottom older label BStGS: "Inv. Nr. 12024" upside down a white shield with ornate inscription "J. Dorfner / Königl. Bayer. / Central Gallerie Inspector" top of the frame, a yellow, rectangular label: "Georg Ulrich / Kunstgewerbliche Werkstätten / Vergolderei München / Tel. 24457, Barerstr. 52", next to a small piece of wet tape, down in Dark Blue "6017"and White "GL.
