2°, presumably: title in manuscript on spine and front cover, presumably single stamp "W" and eagle on front cover, chain mark in the back cover, pigskin binding on woodn panel with blind tooling, 16th century. Bound in Nuremberg by Caspar Herman ("C H")

Provenance

Part of the book collection of the former Augustinian hermit monastery (founded in 1291, abandoned in 1525). The object was relocated to Hoheneck Castle at the end of the war in 1945 and has been considered lost since it was looted.
