Description

Schnorr von Carolsfeld: with sharp fire blue painting: Two Chinese in the garden in front of a balustrade; side rocks and trees. At the mouth patterned border. To 1725-30. Great swords. Height 13.5 cm. (!) - Lid and bottom rings of tin. On the cover engraved C.D.W. 1727. - The Chinese characters, from an engraving in the publishing of Weigel in Augsburg.

Muller & Co: Tankard in fireproof blue with two Chinese on a terrace. Lid and bottom rings of tin. Height 19.5 cm. (!) Restored. Blue crossed swords mark. Handwritten marginalia 130, -. [without indication of provenance Oppenheimer]
