Description

The painting shows an evening atmosphere in the moor. In the centre is a river, on the left bank of which two deer can be seen. A tall birch tree is depicted at the left edge of the picture. Above the low horizon line the cloudy evening sky stretches out in shades of yellow and blue.

The work is signed "Ed. Schleich jr", but not dated.
