Purchased in 1987 from the Antiquarian bookstore Melchior, Schloss Riet, Vaihingen/Enz together with other works by Uhland. 1869 still in private ownership, signed there by name (Eduard Bertz). Suspected, as the time of National Socialism cannot be proven with certainty.
