Description
On the ex-libris you can see a woman with a hat and long coat in front of a snow-covered house. Text at lower right: "Ex libris Regina Freudenberg". Signature at the top right of the picture, printed with: "Mohrbutter". On the back, "1349/115" was written in pencil and "1234" in violet with a fountain pen.
Provenance
Owner, Regina Freudenberg, anti-semitically persecuted. Gap in the provenance. Purchased in 1988 for the Municipal Collection of Auktionshaus Dietrich Schneider-Henn from auction 3333, cat. No. 1349.
Restituted to the heirs of Regina Freudenberg on 05.04.2021
