Cup and saucer

Cylindrical cup with curved handle; the handle and the rims are edged with gilt lines; from the upper rim, a light purple stripe extends downwards to end in palmettes and acanthus leaves; small scattered flowers in gold paint at the bottom; saucer with bevelled rim which is edged with two gilt borders and decorated inbetween with red arabesques, fine gilt foliage and hanging gilt strings of pearls
