bez. unten links: Heinz Woelcke 1929; Landschaft; Stadtansicht. Blick von Schwanheim unterhalb der Brücke aus. Von rechts vorn nach links hin zum Mittelgrund der Strom des Mains, links am grünen Ufer zwei Kähne, im Mittelgrund die Häuser von Höchst und Nied, dahinter die Taunuslinie, durchsonntes Licht über der Landschaft, blauer Himmel, der zum Horizont hin weißgelblich wird.
Provenance
Some of the lost paintings were burnt in the museum building; some fell victim to the bombing raid in March 1944, already packed in a transport van for relocation.
