Description

Chicken feeding girl. Standing, a swinging arm under his left arm, streaks the fodder with his right hand. Yellow bodice, purple skirt. The chickens, of course. The skirt edging is reminiscent of rose-carved rocaille. Slightly bumped, a chicken is missing. Without brand. After a French engraving, according to which also in Meissen (there, commissioned by the Paris merchant Bazin), Höchst, Fulda, a. Groups were modeled. (See catalog number 556.)
