Collection Eduard Fuchs acquired between 1912-1922 and in his possession there until 1933; 25.10.1933 confiscated by the Gestapo; forced sale (payment of Reichsfluchtsteuer) by his daughter Gertraud Fuchs: Auction House Rudolph Lepke Berlin, Catalogue 2115, p. 8 - on 15.10 and 16.10.1937 this vessel was auctioned as No. 58: "TONVASE mit gravierten Ornamenten; uni braun glasiert. Höhe 34 cm. Tang. (Stark beschädigt)". According to the annotated Lepke catalog (Kunsthistorische Bibliothek, Den Haag) by Prof. Dr. Robert Schmidt (Director Berliner Schlossmuseum / Museum für Kunstgewerbe) auctioned for 10,- RM (no estimate). The transcript of the minutes of the auction 2115 at the Reich Chamber of Fine Arts notes "Schmidt" in typescript and confirms the price of 10,- RM (Landesarchiv Berlin, A Rep. 243-04 Reich Chamber of Fine Arts - Landesleitung Berlin); whereabouts unknown
