Generaldirektion der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns

The Generaldirektion der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns (General Directorate of the State Archives of Bavaria) is an intermediate-level authority subordinate to the Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Kunst (Bavarian State Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts). The Bavarian Main State Archives (Munich) and the State Archives of Amberg, Augsburg, Bamberg, Coburg, Landshut, Munich, Nuremberg and Würzburg are subordinate to it.
