The competence of the reporting institution for corresponding objects remains fundamentally unaffected by a report to the Stiftung Deutsches Zentrum Kulturgutverluste. Even in the case of identification as unlawfully seized, it is the sole responsibility of the City of Augsburg to make arrangements with the claimants by mutual agreement.
