On dark blue cloak seated Virgin Mary in a red robe, the Christ child sitting on her left thigh with both hands in a kind of gesture of blessing extended before the kneeling king in side view to the left who has passed his turban with a crown to his left on the floor. In the left foreground very dark in three-quarter rear view Balthasar looking at Mary to the right with the Christ child. Right in three-quarter view of third king with bright turban and red coat, a high golden vessel in his right hand and also looking at Mary with the Christ child. Left behind Mary frontal a man with red cap and a dark green robe, head turned to the left side and pointing with his left hand on Mary and the Christ child. Saint Joseph right behind Maria frontal slightly bent to her standing. At one end of two children pages, each of them supporting the coattails of the two kings.
