Purchased 1986 from the art auction house F. Zisska & R. Kistner, Unterer Anger 15, Munich. Formerly owned by a Marie Schott, handwritten registration. Previously donated by Christian Winter, the publisher, to an A. Schott in 1817. Suspicion, as the whereabouts during the Nazi era are unknown.
