The Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe has acquired in 1943 a bundle of books and graphic portfolios by the tax office Müllheim. The Jewish doctor, Dr. Hermann Haymann from Badenweiler (born 14.3. 1879 in Laupheim, died. 11.22.1955 in New York) married to Tina Haymann born Müller (born on 20.12.1988 in Hornberg, d. At 13.11.1967 in Switzerland) had to pledge the art to pay off with the proceeds the Jewish capital levy and at his departure from Germany to the US in 1938 required to be paid Reich Flight Tax.
