Still life with musical instruments, right landscape view through a colonnade
The painting shows an interior. In the foreground on the left is a table on which an ornamental carpet lies. In the middle of the table are a globe, stacked books and various plucked and stringed instruments. Models of a foot and a hand holding a cloth are also depicted on the table. Two notebooks protrude over the front edge of the table. In the right-hand part of the picture there is a long pillar passage which opens up a view of a landscape, above which is a curtain gathered into two arches.
The work is neither signed nor dated.
