On the back, the number 205 (vertical) with red chalk/red pencil is applied at the top left, in the middle on the canvas. On the stretcher frame of the painting the following inscriptions can be found top left in pencil: Prof. Hans Olde Weimar │ R. Mk. 2000, top left: Glosemeyer; top right corner: 16369 │ 1944. On the frame "1273" is marked with white chalk top left and in blue crayon top, right corner "MKVH".
