Confiscated from father of claimant,an Amsterdam art dealer, in 1942. Prior to its confiscation, Dr. Eduard Plietzsch of the Dienstelle Mühlmann came to his father's home (which was by then also functioning as his business) in Noorder Amstell-laan 113, Amsterdam (now Churchill-laan) to evaluate painting.
