other writing variants: Keschan, Keshan; very rare antique silk carpet; completely flawless, i.e. despite its age it looked like an almost new carpet. The colours were a rich medium red with a medallion in the middle. The border was about 60 cm wide in white, blue, red colours

James and Anna Tuchler, Berlin; Johanna Thea Sichel née Tuchler, Mainz (daughter); given into safekeeping at Ulrix in the Rue van Moer in Brussels in May 1940 and collected from there on 18 June 1940 by four officers of the Devisenschutzkommando Belgium (from the Rue Guimard), one of whom was called Lubinski; after 1945 Treuhandverwaltung für Kulturgut Munich; whereabouts unknown
