Description
Portrait of the artist's niece; repetition of a painting in the Dresden Gallery. Same dimensions. According to Freidenreich, The Jews of Yugoslavia, 1977, Milan Maric had converted to Christianity in 1938 (pp. 110 and 161). He belonged to the wealthiest families in Zagreb (p. 158).
