AN INTERESTING URBINO PLATE, with deep sunk centre, decorated with an episode of the Roman invasion of Gaul, depicting a fabulous winged dolphin-like monster and soldiers, within a border of grotesche motifs, nude figures, and caryatids, the underside with festoons, caryatids and an inscription in the sunk centre in Spanish " vrganda lle.ua amadis, don galaoz y los demas a su serpiente encatada.
