Karl and Emilie Adler, Munich, since 1909; whereabouts unknown; An unspecified oil painting by Max Feldbauer is mentioned in the contract of sale of the Villa Adler, Munich Hochleite 21 to the Munich couple Seitz, concluded on 7 October 1933. Karl Adler sold his villa at Hochleite 21 together with art and furnishings for a total of 50,000 Reichsmark to the Munich director, actor and producer Franz Seitz (1888-1952) and his wife Anna Seitz, née Terofal.
