Description
Bange-WV, Nr.: 643 (Α. N. 970. Inv. 1197.) Titel: Schlafender Amor. Dressed in a short shirt, Cupid sits leaning against a pedestal from which a quiver and bow hang. On the right a meadow with a tree. Used by Pastorino as lapel of the Gracia Nasi medal (Armand I, 202, 86). A hollow form of this plaque is in the Ambrosiana in Milan. Half relief. Bronze. Round. Dm. 6,5 cm. At the top and at the bottom one hole each. Art Chamber;
