On 5 July 1941, an appraisal of some of the works of art was carried out by the expert Bruno Ritter. He valued the painting by Schödl at 100 Reichsmarks.

[...]; undated-May 1941 owned by Edmund Wolfson, Berlin; May 1941 confiscated by the Gestapo Berlin from the Gustav Knauer forwarding company, Berlin; May 1941-10 July 1941 owned by the German Reich - The auction took place between 10 and 15 July 1941 at the Alfred Berkhan auction house. However, the painting cannot be attributed with certainty to one of the auctioned paintings, so the presumed buyer and the further whereabouts of the painting are unknown.
