A FINELY PAINTED URBINO LARGE DISH, by Nicola Pellipario, after Marcantonio, with a representation of the rape of Helen, in the foreground Helen being seized and placed in a galley, to the right and in the middle a battle, round the rim on the left numerous galleys with sails set, equestrian figures crossing a bridge, in the middle distance on the right a building and mountains in the distance, the underside with orange and yellow moulded rim and concentric circles, circa 1530, repaired
